This
certificate allows the pilot to fly in "Instrument
Meteorological Conditions." Meaning the
pilot can fly in the clouds or low visibility
situations.
A private certificate is required prior to the
instrument. Students attending class six days
per weak can finish this course in one month.

40 hours of dual instruction
30 hours ground instruction
